class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1) Scope of application<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as &#8220;GTC&#8221;) of the trading agency Lars Schnepel UG (haftungsbeschr\u00e4nkt) (hereinafter referred to as &#8220;Seller&#8221;) shall apply to all contracts concluded between a consumer or a trader (hereinafter referred to as &#8220;Client&#8221;) and the Seller relating to all goods and\/or services presented in the Seller&#8217;s online store.<br\/>The inclusion of the Client&#8217;s own terms and conditions is hereby rejected, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.2 A consumer within the meaning of these GTC is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.<br\/>An entrepreneur within the meaning of these GTC is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2) Conclusion of contract<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.1 The products displayed in the online store do not constitute a legally binding offer.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.2 The customer submits a binding offer via the order form, e-mail, telephone or contact form.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.3 The Seller may accept the offer within five days by:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Order confirmation (e-mail or in writing)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delivery of the goods<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Request for payment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.4 In the case of payment via PayPal, processing takes place via:<br\/>PayPal (Europe) S.\u00e0 r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., Luxembourg.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.5 The text of the contract is saved and sent to the customer.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.6 Input errors can be corrected before completing the order.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.7 Contract languages: German and English.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.8 Communication generally takes place by e-mail.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3) Right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.1 Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.2 Details can be found in the cancellation policy.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.3 No right of withdrawal for delivery addresses outside the EU.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4) Prices and terms of payment<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.1 All prices are inclusive of statutory VAT.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.2 Additional costs (e.g. customs duties or fees) may be incurred for deliveries abroad.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.3 Payment methods are indicated in the store.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.4 In the case of advance payment, payment is due immediately.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5) Delivery and shipping conditions<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.1 Delivery shall be made to the specified address.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.2 Freight forwarding delivery is free kerbside.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.3 In the event of refusal to accept the goods, the customer shall bear the costs.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.4 Self-collection is possible by arrangement.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6) Retention of title<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been made.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7) Liability for defects (warranty)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.1 The statutory provisions shall apply.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.2 The limitation period for used goods is one year.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.3 Transport damage should be reported directly.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8) Customized products<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.1 The customer provides content (e.g. texts, images) himself and holds the rights of use.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.2 The customer shall indemnify the seller against third-party claims.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.3 Inadmissible content may be rejected.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>9) Assembly and installation services<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.1 Implementation by own personnel or subcontractors.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.2 Customer provides all necessary information.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.3 Dates shall be agreed after conclusion of the contract.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.4 Transfer of risk shall take place after assembly and handover.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>10) Promotional vouchers<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10.1 Redemption only during the specified period.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10.2 Only valid for consumers.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10.3 Not combinable.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10.4 No cash payment.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>11) Applicable law<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">11.1 German law shall apply.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">11.2 Consumer protection rights remain unaffected.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>12) Alternative dispute resolution<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">12.1 EU platform for online dispute resolution:<br\/><a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr\">https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr<\/a><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">12.2 No participation in dispute resolution proceedings.<\/p>\n<div
