A. Shipping costs and information
Goods can only be shipped to the countries listed below as standard. Depending on the size of your order, shipping is carried out by DHL or by a forwarding agent.
All deliveries are made assembled by a forwarding agent “free kerbside”.
I. Shipping within Germany
The following applies to shipping within the German mainland:
- Delivery is free of charge for orders over €1,500.
- We charge € 79.00 shipping costs for half a pallet.
- We charge € 150.00 shipping costs for a whole pallet.
II Shipping outside Germany
We deliver to the following countries: European Union, Switzerland, Great Britain
If you require shipping to another country, please contact us by e-mail(info@schnepel.com) before placing your order:

- Delivery address incl. country and postal code
We will check the shipping options and inform you of the costs involved.

I. Shipping within Germany
For deliveries within Germany, we offer the following payment options (unless otherwise stated in the product description):
- Prepayment by bank transfer
- Cash payment on collection

- PayPal
II Shipping outside Germany
The same payment options are available for deliveries abroad:

III Detailed information on the payment methods
1. prepayment by bank transfer
Transfer the invoice amount within 3 days, stating the purpose of payment. You will receive bank details by e-mail as part of the order processing.
2. cash payment on collection
You collect the goods by appointment:

In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

- Invoice: payment deadline 14 days from dispatch of the goods
- Installment purchase (Germany only): Flexible installments from 1/24 of the total amount, min. 6.95 € per installment
