1) Scope of application
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) of the trading agency Lars Schnepel UG (haftungsbeschränkt) (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”) shall apply to all contracts concluded between a consumer or a trader (hereinafter referred to as “Client”) and the Seller relating to all goods and/or services presented in the Seller’s online store.
The inclusion of the Client’s own terms and conditions is hereby rejected, unless otherwise agreed.
1.2 A consumer within the meaning of these GTC is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.
An entrepreneur within the meaning of these GTC is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity.
2) Conclusion of contract
2.1 The products displayed in the online store do not constitute a legally binding offer.
2.2 The customer submits a binding offer via the order form, e-mail, telephone or contact form.
2.3 The Seller may accept the offer within five days by:
- Order confirmation (e-mail or in writing)
- Delivery of the goods
- Request for payment
2.4 In the case of payment via PayPal, processing takes place via:
PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., Luxembourg.
2.5 The text of the contract is saved and sent to the customer.
2.6 Input errors can be corrected before completing the order.
2.7 Contract languages: German and English.
2.8 Communication generally takes place by e-mail.
3) Right of withdrawal
3.1 Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.
3.2 Details can be found in the cancellation policy.
3.3 No right of withdrawal for delivery addresses outside the EU.
4) Prices and terms of payment
4.1 All prices are inclusive of statutory VAT.
4.2 Additional costs (e.g. customs duties or fees) may be incurred for deliveries abroad.
4.3 Payment methods are indicated in the store.
4.4 In the case of advance payment, payment is due immediately.
5) Delivery and shipping conditions
5.1 Delivery shall be made to the specified address.
5.2 Freight forwarding delivery is free kerbside.
5.3 In the event of refusal to accept the goods, the customer shall bear the costs.
5.4 Self-collection is possible by arrangement.
6) Retention of title
The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been made.
7) Liability for defects (warranty)
7.1 The statutory provisions shall apply.
7.2 The limitation period for used goods is one year.
7.3 Transport damage should be reported directly.
8) Customized products
8.1 The customer provides content (e.g. texts, images) himself and holds the rights of use.
8.2 The customer shall indemnify the seller against third-party claims.
8.3 Inadmissible content may be rejected.
9) Assembly and installation services
9.1 Implementation by own personnel or subcontractors.
9.2 Customer provides all necessary information.
9.3 Dates shall be agreed after conclusion of the contract.
9.4 Transfer of risk shall take place after assembly and handover.
10) Promotional vouchers
10.1 Redemption only during the specified period.
10.2 Only valid for consumers.
10.3 Not combinable.
10.4 No cash payment.
11) Applicable law
11.1 German law shall apply.
11.2 Consumer protection rights remain unaffected.
12) Alternative dispute resolution
12.1 EU platform for online dispute resolution:

12.2 No participation in dispute resolution proceedings.
